Lua I need help!

Hello there. As the title says i need some help.

On my server, when a guy right clicks on another player that is in a pz zone it doesnt atk but the red square is on the player. Then when the player comes out the player who right clicked needs to cancel then right click again.'

How can i fix this?

And i also need help with this.

When you have leveled up to level 20, how can you get 20cc automatically?

So if you whant to add cc to every voc in item id put 2160, 20
