or i write no-ip ?

It's your choise, if your dns-adress works, use that, if not use your ip address
(Dns = your no-ip adress)

If you have static-Ip use numbers, if u don't, use no-ip adress eace:
(Static-IP = The ip which doesn't change, always same 123.X2.XX.111 etc. etc.)
