How do the donation castle system work I mean the Alana Sio... system

If I recall correctly Alana Sio is the spell to kick players from a house.
It's simple to do all you have to do is edit the house via a map editor and select an exit in front of the door.

i mean like there is somthing u stand on then u should say Alana Sio to enter the castle
