Hello under minotaurs on real tibia is a room with this chest and door. Is it a quest and which one? Please link me from tibia.wikia.

Jesus christ, please give better pictures / explanation next time. I knew it was in Darashia, and had to search around for the actual location.
That chest is located in Darashia, the Dark Pyramid.
It's used in The Explorer Society Quest, mission 5, The Bonelords Secret. You receive a tattered parchment if memory serves me.
