Try using your local IP address in the ip-changer, it'll be something like 192.168.X.X

If your hosting on a dedi, try turning off teh firewall

its not your firewall if other players can join and you cant

do what this guy said but type at cmd ipconfig and there you could see like this:
IPv4-adres. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.2
use that ip to login else just use ip 127.0.0.1 its localhost

If its just you then try just logging in using 127.0.0.1 as ip. that wat i use myself. and that 192.168..is from ur router ips ur actualy ip isnt nothing like that.
