Gradient Mapping* a Layer adjustment , it tends to consist of 2 colors, in this case he used Green and Yellow, not sure if he reversed it or not, but yeah.

It really looks like you did ._. if thats not the case did you just use a green background and changed your brush color to yellow :/?

Well i started off with a Cloud Render, its kinda like a gradient, and then used grunge brushess

Err i dont like grunge brushes much, they can be used good sometimes but i never use them, but err the cloud render you don't really need since you can use a filter to make one ;o
