Hello, my name is Krzysiek, im 17 years old.
I live in Poland i know English well and im going to learn some Spanish as well.

My experience with tibia is ~5 years (just playing),
Now i decided to create my own server..

Im looking for some experienced people with making servers, and i would like to learn somethings about it.

I will give some surprise, after i start with this server. ;)

I know there are "tutorials", but i want to learn from different experiences, not this ala tutorials..
 
Let me explain all;

What i meant was, I know there are many of tutorials, but everyone have different settings on windows, other engines, etc.

I also know i can probably go and read it all about how to start and what to do etc, online but i prefer to just speak with someone and let him explain this to me how he see's it, and how he understands it. ;)
 
Think of an idea/feature.
Script it and when it fails or succeeds post it on support and ask how to fix it or make it better.

Everybody understand the scripting same way.
The key however is to figure out good way to explain it.
 
Try learning scripting in elfbot first.
Start with easy scripts like auto 200 stronghaste.
Then try making more complicated scripts.

OTS scripting is mostly about english knowdlege. 80% of the time you just use server's functions, the rest 20% is basic knowdlege of the language (let's say LUA, as it's mostly used in OTS scripting).

The guy who said about elfbot scripting just wanted to help, i can't see the point of laughing at him.
 
Im not laughing at him, and im sorry if u /Deepling see this same way. More my meaning was elfbot scripting its pretty easy and i bet 95% of tibia users know this langue ;) So im sorry if u took this as laughing at you deepling ;)
 
I can't stream how I script, but I can show how I script trough skype screenshare if you wana see (it will come with explanation what I'm doing)
I'm currently updating Whi World NPC's
 
@boruta1221 What type of scripting you want to learn?
Maybe try using google to find knowledge about the scripting language which you want to learn.
