I can not compile on my pc, I already followed the tutorial to the letter, so I intend to pay, send me pm who knows

I can do that on TFS 1.2+ (maybe 1.0 and 1.1 also).
I will not do that for old releases like TFS 0.4, 0.3.6, etc.
Also, you will need to have your own client (like OTClient), being able to compile both server and client.
