Spell Ice Storm

awesome!!!! but i have a problem, when i use this spell with my normal character, this dont have exhausted, and i dont know why not decrease my mana when i use this spell =/ what is the problem?
 
its bugged on the latest tfs ;/ no exaust and no mana waste.

how do i fix?

How u make that the spell is animated? So in a orange text?
