If you Install a fresh copy of Windows 7, you shouldn't have to format your Hard drive, and all the data should be preserved.

As long as you don't initiate the contaminated executable, it should lay dormant.
Just keep the Data folder and then download a fresh copy of TFS.

It also takes about 20 minutes max to install windows 7 so if he does manage to somehow fuck up the internets with cancerous actions, it will only take another 20 minutes to reverse faggotry.

I'd suggest running anti-virus software, backing up your data (deleting possibly infected executables) then re-installing your system.
