Illegal tool: Denial-of-service attack (help)

An old friend of mine left my team for certain conflicts, and now is attacking me with DoS (Denial-of-service attack). He got my ip and now kills me all the time like that. The following photos as proof:

Change your IP (You have to talk to your ISP if your IP static), don't use Skype or atleast hide your IP following a tutorial in youtube, don't use TeamSpeak, Ventrilo or any other VoIP software or first make sure none could use your IP for other purposes.
