I got banned because i said retard once. I said retard because master-m said retard like 5 times in 1 post so im wondering dont moderators have to follow the rules or what? pretty lame i think

it depends how u say it;d. you can say like: I think you are retarded if you do blablabla. Since it is your oppinion and you say you think that only if they do that certain thing.
Its the same with police here. I can say to a policeman: I think you are retarded if you do such thing. But when I say: You are retarded, he will arrest me
