Import Map Problem

Hi there, im trying to important a map into another, both maps are fairly small.
Ive tried importing both ways and i get the same results (see screenshot below) also i show the two maps and X marks where i want the import to go.
Both map are version 9.20-.9.31. Please help fix, also if you know how to important please use the links below to fix and reupload for me

Open maps in one map editor, with shift choose the map, press ctrl + c, go to the map you want import to, press ctrl + v, arrange it to right position and click
