Importing into database error

So i create my Database and when i try to import i get this error.

SQL query:

DROP TRIGGER IF EXISTS `oncreate_players` ;

MySQL said: Documentation
#1046 - No database selected

Do i have to select anything else before i hit Go? Like maybe the dropdown boxes need to be selected to something else?

the best way is to import from command line

mysql -u root -p database_name < backup_file_name

im getting that error too. And I lack experience in the coding area. So I have a query, is that the exact code you paste into the command line.
Or can you explain what's wrong with it ill pick it up sooner or later
