Importing mysql.sql to phpmyadmin through Winscp

Hello everyone im having trouble problems with uploading mysql.sql to phpmyadmin through winscp
after i download sources from [8.60] The Forgotten Server 0.3.6 (Crying Damson) V8
i compile it on putty than from schemas >mysql.sql i put mysql.sql on desktop and import it in phpmyadmin and get this errors : Screenshot

What about uploading the schema from your computer instead of the dedicated?
Go to phpmyadmin and upload the file there from your computer.
