Hello smart people,
I had an idea and I'm not sure if its even possible.
Scenario:
"I am running a Ventrillo server and a Open Tibia server. On my website for Open Tibia I have a function to donate €1,- for a month spot in our Ventrillo server.
Account "111111" donates €1,- cause he wants to join the Ventrilllo server to talk with his guild members and other players from our OT.
After the donation the account "11111" gets a storageID for 30 days in the account database. This storageID is needed to join the Ventrillo server.
Now he can login on the Ventrillo channels with his own account number and password and talk with everyone else that donated."
The big question:
Is it even possible to link Ventrillo to a database from Open Tibia to get his account information from? Also can it be made that ones a new guild is added/removed from our Open Tibia server Ventrillo automaticly generates that guild name as a channel. Only ones your a member of that sertain guild you can join that specific channel.
Is this just a crazy idea that would never be manageable? or did someone had this stupid idea already and created something awesome of it?
