Scripter In desperate need of a scripter for 9.6 OT

I REALLY need a scripter for my 9.6 custom map project. I'm using TFS 2.1.4 I believe, and I need major help. You guys should know how to write applications, so I'm not gonna put guidelines in here

a scripter doesn't actually have to know how to make applications, a scripter makes scripts/plugins to be used for existing applications, a programmer is the one that actually makes applications
