In-game Crash my server 10 USD!

Well hello, I am in a critical situation with my server, I have great without bugs, well at least one, someone in my server dedicate to make some bug that lags and sometimes crash my server. There are 2 ways, 1 is solved.
1- People put alot of coins and mushrooms in a expertise door and when they logout or close the door the server crash.
2- IDK what is going on! someone please help me found out this bug and I will be able to pay 10USD.
