How do I increase the mana regeneration of sorcerers?? Say, increases every 5 seconds instead of 10 seconds?

Ticks is how often, amount is how much it goes up each tick

Thats correct yes hp ticks "2" (Every 2 seconds) Hp gain "50" (the amount of hp you gain every every 2 seconds)
