increaseMagicPercent dont work 0.3.5pl1

Hello
How i can get to working function increaseMagicPercent in TFS 0.3.5pl1 ?
When i put it into item and lunch OT, the console send me error:
unknow function increaseMagicPercent.
I saw in sources and i dont have this function :/
I need this to blue robe and other items, who can increase damage with spells.

Anyone can tell me how i can get this function working ?

No, 0.3.5pl1 doesn't have. But 0.3.6pl1 does.

I didn't tell you to add it, just use 0.3.6pl? ...
