What am asking is if this is a bg you made from scratch or one you found and used? because I don't really see the big problem if he was inspired and used the same unless you're the original author.
 
Not mind it, I just noticed. I admire him for his work and there is no problem in my opinion.

And as for the initial BG I found it once on hyperenders and hand was exposed :)
