I have question
tfs 0.4 8.6 have this bug on guild manager to clone items?

Yes, certain revisions have bugs related to disband guild command but it's been fixed since then. Altough you shouldn't be using 0.4 unless you are a donator because you'll ask for help with bugs which are already fixed but you can't fix them since you can't obtain the latest revisions.
