That's true! I didn't thought about that, I actually was thinking of the game Zelda: Thw Twilight Princess in the part of the Zoras and the frozen river and waterfalls. :9

You should totally get rid of that grey part of the mountain, it brings down the rest of the mapping. And maybe be a little bit more careful with borders and changing of grounds. Looks too confusing for the eyes.
