Installed a ddos Script for linux debian 5.0

After I did do this

wget http://www.inetbase.com/scripts/ddos/install.sh
chmod 700 install.sh
./install.sh

it seems like I get less newcomers than before....
I dont know but might it be that this script make so its blocked for some people?
so they cant acces website?
