Instantly using an item

Hello , so for me to use an item i have to right click it and then drag mouse cursor on my self and press left mouse button. How could i bypass the dragging and being able to use an item only by right clicking.

well, either edit otb and .dat and untick "mana fluid", "rune" or whatever similar of them that's ticked (could be "useable" as well if rune/mana isn't ticked).

Or you add a new item, that doesn't have that use with..
