Interactive Damage

Has anyone made a spell that can interact with the environment as well as other players and monsters? I'm looking specifically for fire wave/field spell that when cast lights certain trees and bushes on fire, and as the fire field decays the tree/bush dies/turns into similar but dead vegetation. Any spell that changes anything in the environment as an example would be much appreciated.

i saw something like that a while ago but that was rlly complexe and the guy didnt released is script. u could throw a firefield on a tree then the tree was burning down and if there was other tree/burnable items around, they was taking in fire. If you find some1 that can do u that, well, you probably gonna end up by lagging up yur server cause ppl might do that 2 much ~error or volontairly~.

Simply onCastSpell, if certain IDs (trees) are in spell area, transforms those items into for example burned trees.
