internet running slower than usual

i alrdy called my isp and they say its running at the speed its always been an my pc doont have any viruses ik of
here a log of the netstat i think it can be a worm or soemthing.. is anything here unsual?

A slow Internet connection could be caused by any number of reasons. It may be connection or traffic problem.
1.clear your cookies from your browser
2.Delete unwanted files
3.PC Optimization:
