I have Comcast Basic Internet. My buddy claims he ran his server from the same bundle and the bill never went up. Does anyone else use Comcast Basic internet bundle?

I have Comcast myself, they are shitty, but they are one of the best internet providers you can get.
Strange oxymoron, eh? Anyways, what I'm saying is that basic internet is still in the stone age.
