Solved Invisible draken boots.

Heya


I've been told that it's due because of different clients Remere's and Cipsofts.
But is it possible to fix invisible Draken Boots? editing items.otb? or it can't be done?
It's like some people can see Draken Boots while using Remere's client and those that use Cipsoft's can't see it.

which client do i need tibia.spr and tibia.dat from?

My tibia client can see these items, but other people can't due to different tibia client.

Should i use .dat/spr from my client folder or the one that doesn't see the boots?


because when i tried with my client and my .spr/dat the items got bugged and didn't want to load up due to some error "wrong otb blabla"
while editing the draken boots and usuing 0.3.9 otitemeditor for 8.6

you need to save the OTB as version 19 if you're using thunderion. graphics.dat ->

also what you said doesn't make sense. maybe you're using trashed draken boots instead of the normal ones? because they were added in a small patch later on.

4033 are the normal boots. hmm.

Tried that, and the picture still doesn't show in the editor for it ... :L
Question still is here, should i use file from cipsofts client spr/dat 8.6 or rmeres client spr/dat. ?

use whichever is newer.

the client downloadable from the RME homepage is the right one, it seems (the sprite shows up properly for me) tibiaclient.com

Managed to fix this somehow, for people using cipsofts client aka tibiaclient.com it shows fine.
For those using remere's client draken boots show as trashed draken boots, not much difference but it's solved i guess.
Since not many ot players use remere's map editor so it's not a big deal, and i cared more for those who couldn't see the image for draken boots and now they will

What i did was, adding 11690 id to draken boots rather than 4033.
And now they seem to work fine for those who couldn't see it before.

yeah, 11690 look like trashed boots with remeres. looks like cip had actually replaced the sprite

Youre not using the same spr with otitemeditor & client, seems like otitemeditor is old and client is the new one (hence the trashed look)

Fixed just changed the clientid for 11690 replace items.otb , restart server and DonE
