I know how to surf with proxy but not how to play tibia with one..

If you are ip banned you are not wanted on thier server Stay out

Playing through a proxy will move u 1 sqm every 10 second.
Changing ur ip can be done many ways, google it.
If ur ip is impossible to change by flushing,resetting router, Turn on/off router then contact ur isp. Some isps have stable ips and hardly ever change.

always work for me xD. But as nevalopo said if you are ipbaned they dont wanna you on the serv..
