Linux Ip Change Problems

Guys, I tried everything I can not install Ip Changer for my Ubuntu 10.10, I've tried everything, all the Ip Change to linux and nothing, tried the windows made with wine and could not do it, anyone have any good tutorial explained to new in linux?

You can download SmygIP_Linux. He working and dosen't require installation.
