Hello, I am new.
I'd love to play on an OTS but I can't use the IP Changer. It simply returns me a bug:

I tried:
-changing the ip in tibia with hex editor (xvi32.exe) - it was easy to do in recent versions of tibia, but now it seems it doesn't work
-downloading again the ip changer
-repairing net framework 4.0
-installing net framework 2.0
-uninstalling and reinstalling again net framework 4.0
Here is my Add and Remove programs screenshot so you can know which net frameworks etc I have installed:

I would be satisfied with changing the IP manually OR making the official IP changer working.
@EDIT:
I verified both net framework 4.0 client or full with .NET Framework Setup Verification Utility (that I found here .NET Framework Setup Verification Tool User's Guide - Aaron Stebner's WebLog - Site Home - MSDN Blogs ), and it says both are OK.
@EDIT2:
Installed Net Framework 3.5 - the IP Changer works now. I had to google a lot for it, even search the otland forum...
Anyway, you should post information about Net Framework 3.5 requirements for the ip changer at the main site.
