ip changer problem

I tried to pull up my OT in 9.6 and changed my ip with otland ip changer but it wouldnt work.
says cannot connect to server or something

but if i convert it back to 8.60 it runs just fine.

Solved it...Apparently the server is for 9.61 I was trying to use client 9.60

i added the 9.6 client to it as well as the 8.6 client but only the 8.6 one will connect
