Ip Changer Request.

Hi, i wanted to see if there's anyone who can provide me with an IPCHANGER for 10.41 etc etc, that doesn't require ntfx 3.5, I have a corrupted windows 8 installed atm, And i can't run files that require ntfx 3.5! I'm currently using the Ipchanger Magebot has built into their bot.. which kinda sucks -.-! so if anyone has an ipchanger that supports 10.41 or any other solution on how i can play shadowcores =) please let me know

Tibia Time Machine can be used as a IP changer (actually it's a proxy)
It even handles otservlist links
