IP locker

Hi, i've got a Dynamic ip adress, I want to lock my ip so it wont change all the time.

I wish to not use a domain like no-ip.org or DynDNS since I need numbers only.

Is there anybody that knows any program like an "Ip Locker" That locks my ip or something?

Please help ASAP.

You have to buy one IP if you want to keep the same IP. Talk to your provider.

I know, But is there any other way than buying static IP? -.- That's why I'm asking for a program or something that will lock my IP

Not possible to lock IP forever via some application since it's ISP who assign and change your IP address, sometimes they keep your IP address as long as you are logged in to network, that means if you run your PC 24/7 you won't lose your dynamic IP ;p.
