Windows IP Problem

Hello! I didn't know were to put this so! I'm having problems with my IP Address! First, yesterday my friend played then he complained the server were down, then I checked, the IP have changed! I need help! I live in Sweden, using Glocalnet Internet. Anyone know any solutions?

If you host it from your home.. i recommend you use one of those free no-ip domains
and use their Ip Updater program..
if your ip changes it updates it automatically

You don't have a static IP, your ISP doesn't guarantee you'll keep that IP and it could change at any time. You can either a) buy a business package from your isp for a static, never changing ip, or b) Use a service like No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP with the auto updating program, then have players connect to that address instead.
