Ip problems help please...

I trying to open my own server. I putted my ip on config.. and i trying to start server but it doesn't start with my ip and i try with 127.01.01 and server and i can log in. And i did save my ip in config still not working HELP ANY!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry for my bad english i hope you understand.

So, as I understand from ur english:
U run ur server, but you can't join it

Possible 4 reasons:
1. U have bad source, that don't work with ur server files or ur missing dlls
2. U have bad config (mysql, sql)
3. U have bad client
4. U don't have allowed ACC manager or ur probably writing bad password

-Try localhost as ip, instead of 127.0.0.1

look at ip its says my ip is on but what is the problem please help
