Ip UNBAN Lolz

I just figured something out, I had an anti mage bomb system on my server that would ban any player that tried to log in while it was saving or cleaning, or frozen.

So, some ppl are ip banned por ever
How can I clean ip ban info?
I've browsed the whole database and couldn't find anything


I know for fact that :

It's no a storage value
Global storage ? Maybe, but still . . I didn't find anything
Restart server? Nothing happens, still ip banned

Is there any kind of cache where that info is stored?

But, the deal is : if I do that I will unban ALL characters, even if they weren't ip banned.
I solved it anyway.
