Linux ipchanger for ubuntu?

Is there any Ipchanger for ubuntu that is working with 10.90 client?
can't get PyIpChanger to work and Can't run otloader in wine it seems..
So is there any one that knows a solution for this?

Use otclient, that was what I did.
However, I did manage to get otland ipchanger runs with wine once.
