Iptables connection limit.

What configuration of iptables will be the best?

I mean For connection limit.
i saw in 1 topic configuration like : 7/sec
But it mean 7*60 = 420 * 60 = over 25200! If they are using 4 computers for fload? it over 100000 connection per hour.

Is it no better to change 20 connections per minute?

Switch to a decent webserver, one which isn't troubled by connection floods.
OR get mod_antiloris-0.4 for Apache.
