Ipv4 or ipv6? How to enable on lighttpd?

Hello,

how to enable ipv6 on lighttpd?
I am using atm ipv4 but my dedicated server can also have ipv6 but I dont know how to enable on linux ubuntu 10.0.4, using lighttpd.

ps: any difference with ipv4 and ipv6?
