Say... I cracked thora's client, A father client of classicus's client, And I used it for my own server, Would this be illegal? Or Could I argue that they are using a game's main base for profit which is also illegal?

These clients are edited with packets and dll injections, sprite and dat editing. If your question would be is it illegal to steal them from those Open tibia hosters, no it is not.
But Tibia (Cipsoft GmbH) is copyrighted which means editing the client in anyway (even IP changing) is illegal and is punishable.

CipSoft will not come after you. 99.99% chance CipSoft won't even know, let alone care. Don't sweat it. It's not worth losing sleep over. However, hacking / cracking, etc. in itself is morally wrong. You shouldn't do it. But I was told that Classicus owner scammed the individual who created their client (making it "anti-bot"), so maybe a little vengeance is in order?

I would argue it's not about law, but moral. Cipsoft doesn't give one shit about their client from 10 years ago (sounds like you're talking of ver. 7). However, the coders of a custom client would probably want credit. Why can't you ask them?

They laugh in my face... I've tried.. So maybe its time to give something back? They are after money, I remember ryan saying he makes 10,000$ Every Classicus Re-set... And they cant even release the client? I'll have it released, been working on it.

Even if the Classicus owner tried to copyright his client, he couldn't. And besides, he is too stingy (greedy) to do so. It's not illegal to use their client. It's just morally wrong, as is everything about Classicus. On top of morally wrong, what he is doing is illegal here in the U.S., so there's that. The owner of that "project" is a disgrace to this community.

Agreed.

not illegal, you should credit the original coder who edited the client though which is iryont from tibianic, of which we bought the client. client itself is intellectual property of cipsoft which won't do shit about it as we all know
