Is it possible to add addtional text symbols without editting the client?

Well, this came up when discussing making blackjack on the server, and wanted to see if I could have an npc use the following symbols: Spade symbol: ♠, heart symbol: ♥, diamond symbol: ♦, and club symbol: ♣.


Of course, I found out, no tibia doesn't support these by default.. or any webdings.

I was wondering it was possible at all to add additional symbols without editing the client itself.


I would bet that it isn't possible through source editing alone and that it would require a client edit.

But, wanted to just throw this out there, and hear what type of responses I get.


Also, if possible, could someone explain how to add it through a client edit?

Furthermore, does anyone know the symbols that tibia does have? because I can make ¥ and some other ones on there. Just wondering what we all have as available.

If you use an .pic editor you can see all characters supported by Tibia, I've extracted here to show you:

It's easier to replace an letter than add.. Anyway you'll need a custom tibia.pic, I don't think it's worth
