is it possible to make shielding skill advance faster?

And i dont mean putting in shielding="1.1" in Vocations.xml, Is there a way to make shielding advance EVEN FASTER then that?

In config.lua you have skill rate. But if you want make faster only shield so better is editing voc~.xml
