Is it possible to use TFS to make a legal game completely unrelated to Tibia?

Hello, I wanted to ask if it's possible to use TFS like a engine and create a own Game with it, which has nothing from Tibia in it and thus would be legal to use commercially.

But only if I'd remove the GUI and so on used in Tibia... and ofc, the monsters/maps which I don't plan on using...

And of course not using a Tibia Client to connect...

So is this possible?

Uhm... basically everything there is ripped in terms of Graphics, the Worldmap Layout seems quite familiar... havent seen the GUI but I doubt he changed it.


From what I know, there are Monster and Map Editors for Tibia, so... is there something like this for the GUI, too?
