Is paypal starting to crack down on OT's?

My paypals keep getting a "limited" status and wont let me send or even receive money.

I believe they have my IP because everytime I try to make an acc its blocked within hours again lol.

Good fight paypal.

I called them and they say they cant tell me why its being closed but its "high risk"

Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

I bet you didn't link the account to a debit/credit card and/or you were using a premiere account.
