Is there a way to add more "/reload" commands? TFS1.2

I use the reload command its useful. But a few /reload commands don't work...

/reload stages
/reload spawns
/reload map

Those are just a few that don't work, is there a way to add them? Maybe not the map reload, not sure if that would crash the server.. but the only way to currently reload stages...spawns...the map is to shut down the server completely and restart it

Just shutdown the server, I think if they didnt add them, they cant.
