Is there any chance to get a client?

I've searched through several Sites, Torrent included but there is nothing above Version 9.8 but 10.2-10.41 is required. My highest downloaded from last Year is 10.1 - not new enougth right now.

Can some give a hint? If the direct Link is forbidden, a little Puzzle makes it too though...
