TFS 1.X+ is there Medal VIP system for tfs 1.2?

i really would like guidance to existing VIP medal thread that will work with tfs 1.2
if there is non- i can't ask any of you to write one for me since this systems seems like massive pain in the ***

VIP system
obtain a Medal via events, quest or website store.
by "consume" the medal account gain 30 days privileges to use the VIP town, tile/door

there are few systems out there but as far as i know non of them work for tfs 1.2.
