I was wondering, is this dedicated server good for hosting OTS?

Specification:

Virtualisation: VT Instructions

Architecture 64 bits

RAM 24 GB DDR3 ECC

NIC TenGigabitEthernet

I can't see any reason why you need that for a server. TFS doesn't support Multi-core which makes the processor pretty much useless. Also I'm wondering why you want 10GBit/s, probably for DDos protection? It's pointless if you don't know how to protect yourself from it.
